Hatha Yoga @ Kamalbe!

Hatha yoga classes at Kamalbe are slower-paced yoga classes that focus on stretching, breathing, and sometimes incorporate a bit of meditation.  Our instructors are certified and experienced yoga instructors.  This is an excellent place  to learn beginners’ poses, relaxation techniques, and become comfortable with yoga.  Our morning lessons are a great way to wake up and ease into your day.

Hatha Yoga takes place in the loft at Kamalbe each week on Wednesdays and Fridays in the mornings from 6:50am until 7:50am.  The cost is Q20 per class or Q110 per month.
