Ethical Dental Service • Cultural Immersion • Alternative Break Program
Program Overview:
The Service Trip – Dental Volunteer Program is a one‑week, immersive service‑learning experience designed for university students and healthcare professionals interested in dentistry, public health, and global health. Based in Quetzaltenango (Xela), Guatemala, the program combines community dental outreach, ethical clinical observation, and guided cultural travel. This program is ideal for faculty‑led groups, student organizations, Alternative Break programs, and individual participants seeking a short‑term but meaningful international service experience grounded in ethical practice and community partnership.
